Mrs. Christine Pueyo

Mrs. Christine Pueyo is in her 4th year teaching at Ville de Marie Academy. Prior to teaching 4th grade, Mrs. Pueyo taught Theology at Bourgade Catholic High School and formerly as the Coordinator of Faith Formation at Ss. Simon and Jude Cathedral in Phoenix.

Mrs. Pueyo homeschooled her six children using a Catholic classical curriculum for 17 years. She and her husband of 32 years, Martin, met at San Jose State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis on Elementary Education and a Minor in Music.

Mrs. Pueyo has directed two Ville de Marie Academy musicals, The Sound of Music and The Wizard of Oz.   She enjoys singing in the choir at Mater Misericordiae Catholic church, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her children.
